Kenworth has debuted a new, special edition design: the TourAmerica Commemorative Paint Scheme.
Inspired by Kenworth’s iconic mid-1990s T600, the TourAmerica scheme blends classic styling with modern updates for today’s trucks. This commemorative paint design is now available on T680, W900L, W990, and T800 sleeper models. “Developed in collaboration with Kenworth’s design and engineering teams, the refreshed look blends classic styling with contemporary finishes, offering customers a unique way to celebrate trucking history while supporting a meaningful national milestone.” (Source)
Created in celebration of the Freedom 250 initiative, Kenworth’s “nationwide graphic celebration” highlights the spirit and history of American trucking.

Kevin Haygood, Kenworth’s assistant general manager for sales and marketing, stated, “The original TourAmerica T600 represented innovation and pride for drivers across the country. Bringing that design forward for today’s models allows us to honor that history as we celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday.”
Kenworth donated a T680 76-inch Sleeper, which will join the event’s other “Freedom Trucks.” These vehicles will haul mobile museums, delivering interactive educational exhibits to students, families, and communities across the United States. Company leaders explained that this donation is a direct reflection of the brand’s long-standing dedication and support to the industry’s community and organizations across the nation.
