How to Open & Unlatch an Ex-Guard
There are multiple different types of Ex-Guard latches such as the LEVRLock Latch, Dual Cam Latch, and Single-Hand Release. First, identify your latch type, then read and watch the latch-access demonstrations before opening your guard.
Important Safety Tip: Always keep one hand on the upper portion of the guard at all times. If you do not secure the guard before unlatching, or to control its release, serious bodily injury may result.
